We can purchase the supplies on your behalf, additional cost will be discussed prior to the appointment. Standard warranty per office locations will apply to all materials purchased on your behalf.

outdoor spring tune up | 4 hours
- Power wash outdoor area
- Locate and fix board & screws
- Locate and fix loose handrails
- Locate and fix loose steps
- Inspect fence and fix loose slats and screws
- Inspect gates and make any needed repairs
